Training with MJ is unique and unlike any other approach to training you will find.
Growing up with a Mom who was a professional ballet dancer and always working out, MJ fell in love with movement from a young age. From modern dance to Kung Fu, acrobatics to meditation and Qi Gong and everything else he could learn about, he developed through engaging multiple forms of movement. At 16 his desire to learn, explore his interests and achieve his dreams took him far away to China where he lived, studied and worked at the Shaolin Temple for almost 5 years.
There he learned the ancient style of Kung Fu, from basic training techniques to animal forms. He studied Qi Gong feats, such as breaking bricks with your head, to meditation at the foot of the mountains under waterfall. He learned the power of secret self defence techniques, including ancient weapons and forms, helping him to achieve balance of mind, body and spirit.

Moving back to the UK in 2009, MJ realised not everyone wants to be a Shaolin Warrior Monk - but that's OK. His approach to coaching and teaching is highly creative and enjoyable so that people of all walks of life and across age groups and social backgrounds began to train with him. Students from across the UK, fans from around the world and even Chinese Shaolin Monks have come to the Temple in London to train with MJ.
MJ has over 15 years of coaching and teaching experience. He has worked with diverse students including: beginner-level students who have gone on to become highly advanced athletes, individuals who aspire to change their life style for the better and those who wants to burn fat, improve their health and well-being and get in shape. Over the years he has taught well over 1000 students.
MJ strives to create a personal relationship with each of his students in order to help them identify and then reach their goals and create longevity with their aspirations; physically, mentally, emotionally and nutritionally.
