SEASONAL TERM TIMES TO HELP YOU STAY ON TRACK

 

Start training with a dedicated team to help you hit your goals—while adjusting to each season to ensure you get the most for your effort. With the TEMPLE, we run four 10 week training terms switching up the focus every 5-10 weeks to ensure you stay highly motivated and challenged. Whether you just want to get fit, learn some new skills or just have fun there's a routine that fits you and your schedule so that you can reach your goals—from mixed group sessions, 121's & age/Gender focused classes.

AUTUMN Term:

 

  • Saturday, September 29th. Start of Autumn Term. 

  • Friday, November 6th. End of Autumn Term.

  • Friday, October 2nd. FREE workshop. 

  • Saturday, October 31st. Challenge Day.
